雅思考试：雅思口语如何拿下？

在长期的雅思口语教学中，我们发现中国考生常常在口语这项考试中铩羽而归，究其缘由，其中固然有传统教学中重应试轻交际的原因，但其实也有学生在准备考试时存在很多固有的学习误区的原因。这些误区使得学生在练习雅思口语时偏离科学的方式，到最后造成越说越僵硬，越“中式”。

一、其中一个很多学生都存在的误区是：喜欢寻求标准化。

比如我们经常遇到这样的情况：模考中，学生进门，考官通常都会问：“How are you?”,很多学生只会回答：“Fine, Thank you, and you?”其他都不会说，以致于考官这样问道：“it’s freezing outside, how are you?”学生的回答依然是：“Fine, Thank you, and you?”。回答并没错，却不是一个令人满意的。我们的回答可以做到多种多样：比如: “Great, Cheers!”，“pretty good”, “I’m okay!” , “could be better, Thanks”, “Not too bad, Thanks, you?/ yourself?”

同样，很多学生在表达观点时缺乏，老是说千篇一律的句子,使考官失去与其交流的兴趣。比如被问到诸如Do you like sports? Why do you like swimming? What are the benefits of doing sports? 一类问题时，学生的回答中常有：It can help me keep healthy or keep fit. 而没有表达出一些真实的自己的观点。

二、评分细则中对这点的表达：

1. Develops topics fully and appropriately   完全且恰当地展开话题

2.Uses vocabulary with full flexibility and precision in all topics 准确自如地使用词汇来谈论任何话题

3. Uses a full range of structures naturally and appropriately  自如得体地使用语法结构

从以上几条评分标准可以看出：雅思口语考试是不会喜欢学生说一些呆板的Cliché.

三、如何使与众不同？

建议学生结合自己实际情况，找出自己的特色，着意思维的独特性和立异性，勇于表达自己的个人想法，再运用在更多的主题中。

四、演示答题法

1、拟人答题法

Examiner:  Do you think cell phones are important for modern people?

Candidates: Speaking of my little girlfriend---iPhone5, I will have to say, she’s like an angel. I had never seen anyone so beautiful in my life. I was simply hooked on her the first time I saw her. I would always take her along with me wherever I go. My cell phone comes with a digital camera and has turned the vast world into a tiny little village. It’s no exaggeration to say: mobiles phones make the world go around!

解析：这种回答法就是把各种实物拟人化，使其更生动。比如：当谈到天气时，可以把北京的沙尘暴sand storm 说成是魔鬼demon; 把美化城市的鲜花说出是天使等。。这样一来，不会显得枯燥乏味。

2. 引用谚语答题法

Examiner:  How does the news influence people?

Candidates: News influence people only by reporting certain things and leave out parts that could matter. One-sided news or journalism isn’t news but propaganda in my opinion. It’s like that good old saying: Some people would rather believe the lies of Satan than the truth of God.

解析：恰当使用谚语可以使我们的语言风趣活泼，增强的表现力。谚语还可用来作为说理的根据，表达某种思想观点，起到画龙的作用。考试应从平时一点一滴地去积累英语中常见的谚语，丰富自己的。

比如：A friend in need is a friend indeed.

      A swallow does not make the summer.

      Action speaks louder than words.

      All that glitters is not gold.

      ……

3.逆向答题法

Examiner:  Do you like flowers?

Candidates: Not at all. I’m a little strange. They remind me of funerals. I like grass.

Candidates: Well, I am not too fond of flowers. But sometimes I do like sending people flowers as a gift on some special occasions, Em….mother’s day, for example.

解析：逆向答题法就是跳出常规，反向而行，换一种眼光、和角度看待问题。摆脱大多数人的思维模式去回答问题，达到出奇制胜，与众不同的效果。

4.细节答题法

Examiner:  After you graduate, what effect do you think you will have on society?

Candidates: well, it’s a tough question. Let me see. I think I can make an impact in our local community by helping those people around us when we can. May not go down in history, but we may gain a place in someone’s heart. That’s all I can figure out now.

解析：这种答题法也可叫做：以小见大答题法。我们在口语中容易犯一个错误：就是很多人喜欢说很深刻的大道理，却不能表达清楚。其实我们完全可以举一些小例子来说明自己的观点。好处是我们可以很轻松地将“小我”的生活体验和经验与时代精神连接起来，以四两拨千斤的方式把问题简单化，同时也更真实，表达了的情感。以小见大！

5. 迂回答题法

Examiner:  Do you like your university?

Candidates: well, it’s ok. I don’t like things that academic and theoretical, but there’s great campus life.

解析：迂回思维就是旁敲侧击，避免正面回答不好回答的问题。记住以不同的角度回答问题也是可以起到很好的效果。

6. 幽默答题法

Examiner:  if you had the opportunity to learn a musical instrument, what instrument would you learn?

Candidates: No, nothing. I am very unmusical! I can’t even sing in tune. Also, instrument’s always pretty expensive. If you are really into music, just whistling will do.

解析：口语考试中，回答时如能用上适当的幽默，不但能使增色，还能使氛围轻松下来。充分发挥想象力来回答更加生动有趣。

五、总结

雅思口语回答的方法远不止以上的6种，在此不一一列举。希望通过以上的例子，使老师和学生明白一点：雅思口语考试中，观点无所谓对错，无所谓对错，只有个性与平乏之分。若想在雅思口语这项拿到比较高的分数，比如7，一定要做到“个性鲜明”。Be creative, think outside the box. Have your own thoughts and dare to voice it out!
