“CERTIFIED SUPP CHAIN MANAGER”

TRAINING PR0GRAM

The Certified Supply Chain Manager training program is developed on the basis of international supply chain management educations. This program is aimed to provide top-level managers in manufacturing and logistics enterprises of career-related training courses.

According to CSCMP, Supply Chain Management enpasses the planning and management of all activities involved in sourcing and procurement, conversion, and all Logistics Management activities. Importantly, it also includes coordination and collaboration with channel partners, which can be suppliers, intermediaries, third-party service providers, and customers. In essence, Supply Chain Management integrates supply and demand management within and across panies.

Also, Supply Chain Management is an integrating function with primary responsibility for linking major business functions and business processes within and across panies into a cohesive and high-performing business model. It includes all of the Logistics Management activities noted above, as well as manufacturing operations, and it drives coordination of processes and activities with and across marketing, sales, product design, finance and information technology.

China Enterprise Federation (CEC) and CSCMP are now co-organizing the certificating program of CSCM, both of which have professional experiences on top-level manager training and international supply chain management education program. Therefore, the characteristics of this program are as follows: professional organizing system, applicable training schedule, advanced knowledge, and excellent domestic &international lecturers.

0bjectives

Leading the trainees to be the professionals in the field of supply chain management, having the ability of designing and scheduling supply chain, operating supply chain system, allocating enterprises resources, and applying advanced performance measurement tools and methods.

Potential trainees

Middle/top level managers of enterprises operation from manufacturing, logistics, service, energy, IT industries; officers of resource management and administration from governments

Qualifications

College degree with two-year or above work experience.

The program consists of five core modules: Basics and Core of Supply Chain Management, Strategic Sourcing &Purchasing Process, Production Process and Inventory Management, Delivery Process and Execution, and Supply Chain Management Process Standards.

Credit hours

Class: 64hours; self study

Examination

ATA is assigned to take in charge of the exam. There are totally 4 exams in one calendar year - March, June, September and December. The exam period is 3 hours and the full score is 100.

Certifications

1、Qualification Certificate of Supply Chain Manger, issued by CEC;

2、Certified Supply Chain Manager, issued by CSCMP China;

3、Score Record Certificate, issued by ATA.
