I have been teaching English in xuzhou since 2011. I like teaching children of all ages. Learning a second language can open the door to a better life experience for oneself, let oneself to the unknown world, go abroad to learn new knowledge, to meet new friends and read we may not have a chance to read the book. English learning may be in trouble and fear, but whenever I see the students will be able to communicate in English, see they are getting a new skill, and found them in the effort when I feel heartfelt proud.
Teaching needs enthusiasm, from students' learning enthusiasm, more from the teacher's teaching enthusiasm, I believe that they are the best, and encouraged the students to stimulate their enthusiasmto finish this belief. I think the classroom should be a safe learning environment, in this environment the students dare to make mistakes, and can not only learn knowledge from the teachers here, also can learn each other, the acquisition of English ability, expect to witness the development of the future.
我自从2011年开始就一直在徐州教授英语，我喜欢教授各年龄段的孩子。学习第二语言能够为自己打开通往美好生活经历的大门，让自己能够游览未知的世界、出国学习新知识、遇见新朋友和阅读我们也许未曾有机会读到的书。英语的学习也许会遇到困难和恐惧，但是每当我看到学生们能够用英语交流，看到他们正在获得一项新的技能，并且发现他们在为之努力提升的时候我会感到由衷的自豪。
教学需要热情，来自学生们的学习热情，更来自老师的教授热情，我坚信他们是棒的，并坚持鼓励学生们激发自己的热情去完成这一信念。我认为教室应该是一个安全学习的环境，在这种环境下学生们敢于去犯错，并且不仅能够从老师这里学到知识，还能够彼此学习，习得英语能力，期望见证未来的发展。
